    2019, 9 (6):  1-5.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-1396.2019.06.001
    Abstract ( 82 )   PDF (1698KB) ( 38 )

Objective: To study the effects of maternal chlorpyrifos(CPF)exposure on the expression of COX2,CREB and BDNF in offspring of mice. Methods: Female mice were randomly divided into control group, solvent group(cpf0 )and administration group. The administration group was divided into three subgroups according to the dosage, namely, cpf 0.3 group, cpf 0.6 group and cpf 1.2 group. After maternity,5 litters were selected from each group. The concentration of CPF in plasma of mother and offspring mice was determined by HPLC,and the expression of COX2,CREB and BDNF in hippocampus of offspring mice was measured by ?uorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot. Results: Compared with the control group and solvent group,CPF was detected in the plasma of mother and offspring mice after CPF exposure, and there was a dose relationship between the two groups(P<0.01). The expression of COX2 and protein in hippocampus of offspring mice P<0.05) increased, while the expression of CREB and BDNF decreased(P<0.01, . Conclusions: CPF can act on the hippocampus of offspring mice through placental barrier and lactation pathway, and activate COX2-CREB-BDNF pathway to produce toxic effects.

    2019, 9 (6):  6-10.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-1396.2019.06.002
    Abstract ( 125 )   PDF (1196KB) ( 33 )

Objective: To explore the correlation between progestogen supplementation in early pregnancy and incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) . Methods: 663 cases of low-level progesterone pregnant women in early pregnancy were selected,424 cases were supplemented with progesterone as the observation group,239 cases were not supplemented with progesterone at the same time as the control group. Pregnant women in the observation group were divided into oral group and intramuscular group with low dose, medium dose and high dose according to different administration methods and doses. The incidence of GDM in each group was compared after treatment. Results: The incidence of GDM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of GDM between the oral group and the control group (P>0.05); the incidence of GDM in the intramuscular injection group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of GDM in the low, medium and high dose groups increased in turn (P<0.05) Conclusion: . Supplement of progesterone in early pregnancy is associated with the incidence of GDM. Oral administration has no significant effect on the incidence of GDM. Intramuscular administration increases the incidence of GDM in a dose-dependent manner.

    ZHANG Dan-shen,ZHANG Jian-mei
    2019, 9 (6):  11-14.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-1396.2019.06.003
    Abstract ( 109 )   PDF (1137KB) ( 61 )

Tuberculosis is an important zoonotic disease that threatens global human health. Tuberculosis is caused by infection with mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB),which can affect the body and cause lung infections. It is the most common respiratory disease. The animal model of tuberculosis is used for four basic purposes:to elucidate the virulence strategies of pathogens;to determine the mechanisms by which natural and vaccine-induced resistance;to screen for new anti-tuberculosis drug candidates;and to screen for novel vaccines. Some models provide the ability to manipulate and monitor the immune system in great detail(eg,mice),while other models more faithfully reproduce specific aspects of the pathogenesis of human TB.

Methods and Evaluation of Animal Models of Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis
    ZHANG Dan-shen1,MA Jia-cheng2
    2019, 9 (6):  15-20.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-1396.2019.06.004
    Abstract ( 136 )   PDF (1200KB) ( 76 )

Pulmonary fibrosis is one of serious pathological changes, caused by chronic lung disease. The etiology is complicated and the prognosis is extremely poor. So far, there is no effective treatment in clinical practice. Especially in the SARS disease that occurred in early 2003,lung damage in many patients is characterized by pulmonary fibrosis. Therefore,it is very meaningful to establish a simple, rapid and effective animal model for its pathogenesis and efficacy research.

    Abstract ( 72 )   PDF (1153KB) ( 47 )

Silicosis is an occupational disease mainly caused by pulmonary fibrosis caused by long-term inhalation of high concentrations of dust during the production process. It is the most common occupational disease. The pathogenesis of silicosis has been studied at home and abroad for a long time. It is essential to explore the pathogenesis of silicosis, study treatment methods, and establish animal models. This article provides a more comprehensive selection of clinical research applications for silicosis through a relatively comprehensive introduction to silicosis animal models.

Discussed the Application of Curcumin Combined with Piperine Based on the Metabolic Characteristics of Curcumin
    LIANG Yu-fei,ZHANG Xin-xin,ZHAO Li-yan,et al
    2019, 9 (6):  47-57.  DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-1396.2019.06.010
    Abstract ( 102 )   PDF (1543KB) ( 39 )

Curcumin is a yellow acid phenolic substance with anti-tumor,anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis pharmacological effects, but its low bioavailability has always limited the development and utilization of curcumin. Piperine and cinnamolphthalein alkaloids have good safety, and can increase the bioavailability of curcumin by inhibiting multiple drug metabolic enzymes and transporters, thus increasing its pharmacological effects in many aspects. Using new preparation technology to encapsulate curcumin and piperine in special carrier materials can endow drugs with new properties, such as increased solubility, improved stability and drug targeting,so as to further increase the therapeutic effect of curcumin. The aim of this paper is to summarize the molecular and metabolic characteristics of curcumin,to discuss the mechanism of piperine increasing its pharmacological action from the metabolic perspective, and to summarize the research status of combined use of curcumin and piperine,so as to provide reference for future scientific research.

    Abstract ( 183 )   PDF (1181KB) ( 142 )

Cnidium is a dry and mature fruit of the genus Umbelliferae. It is a traditional Chinese medicinal material. It has been recorded in ancient history books. It is mainly used in clinical practice and is mainly used for the treatment on gynecology and surgery. For diseases such as dermatology, male diseases are mainly based on internal medicine. Cnidium contains a variety of chemical components, mainly containing coumarins, volatile oils, sugars and various trace elements. Osthole is one of the main components of the effect of Cnidium. Modern pharmacological studies have found that osthole has therapeutic effects on diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, central nervous system, endocrine system and immune system.
