摘要: 雌激素是由胎盘及卵巢产生的类固醇性激素。雌激素受体(ER)属于核受体超级家族成员,具有广泛的组织分布,为雌激素发挥作用提供了保证。研究表明雌激素及其受体的生物学效应对心血管疾病特别是高血压疾病密切相关。现将雌激素及雌激素受体对高血压疾病的作用机制及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Estrogen is a steroid hormone, which is produced by the placenta and ovaries. Estrogen receptor (ER) belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily, which is widely expressed in tissues. Studies have shown that estrogen and estrogen receptors’ biological effects are closely related to the function of cardiovascular system, especially for hypertension. The article will summarize the research progress and the mechanism of action of estrogen and its receptors in their involvement in hypertension .
