    Comparison of Analgesic Effects of Corydalis Yanhusuo,Radix Lindera,Jin Ling-zi powder and Xiao Huo-luo Dan on Rats with Neuropathic Pain#br#

    Objective:To compare the analgesic effects of Corydalis Yanhusuo,Radix Lindera,Jin Ling-zi powder and Xiao Huo-luo Dan on chronic neuropathic pain in rats with sciatic nerve chronic constriction injury (CCI). Methods:The male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,sham operation group (n=13),saline group (n=13),Corydalis Yanhusuo group (n=16), Radix Lindera group (n=10),Jin Ling-zi powder group (n=20) and Xiao Huo-luo Dan group (n=7),respectively. Four days after the CCI surgery,the drugs were given by intragastric administration. The rats in Corydalis Yanhusuo group,Radix Lindera group,Jin Ling-zi powder group and Xiao Huo-luo Dan group were given 12 g·kg-1 drug respectively. The sham operation group and saline group were given the same amount of saline. The rats were administered intragastrically once a day for 14 consecutive days. From the beginning of the administration,the threshold of thermal pain was measured every other day by hot needling instrument. Results:Compared with Control group,the thermal threshold of Corydalis Yanhusuo group,Radix Lindera group,Jin Ling-zi powder group and Xiao Huo-luo Dan group were all increased,but the increase of Corydalis Yanhusuo group and Jin Ling-zi powder group were more significantly. Conclusion:Corydalis Yanhusuo,Radix Lindera,Jin Ling-zi powder and Xiao Huo-luo Dan all have analgesic effect on neuropathic pain,among which Jin Ling-zi powder has the strongest analgesic effect and the
    fastest curative effect,followed by Corydalis Yanhusuo. The analgesic effects of Radix Lindera and Xiao Huo-luo Dan were not stable.

    Influence of Nimergoline Combined with Trasylin and Psychotherapy for Depression in Patients with Post-stroke Depression

    Objective: To analyze and study the clinical effects of nimergoline combined with trasylin and psychotherapy in treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods: 78 cases of patients with post-stroke depression and who treated from July 2018 to May 2019 were included as the research objects in this study,and the patients were grouped by the random number table  method,which 39 cases in the control group (treated with trimethoprim combined psychotherapy) and 39 cases in the study group (treated with trimethoprim combined with trimethoprim and psychotherapy). Then,the overall treatment effect,Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores of two groups were compared. Results: The overall treatment effect were compared,the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);The HAMD score and NIHSS score were compared,two groups were decreased after treatment,but the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group

    Lasiosphaera seu Calvatia is a large medicinal fungus that is a dry fruiting body of the gray-shelled fungus,such as the peeled puffball,the big puffball or the purple puff. It is rich in nutrients and is described in the 2015 Pharmacopoeia. Indications for clearing the lungs and pharynx,stopping bleeding,for wind-heat depression,sore throat,cough,external treatment of nasal discharge,traumatic bleeding. This article reviews the types,chemical constituents and medicinal properties of puffballs for further reference.

    Determination of Two Chemical Constituents in Euonymus Maackii by HPLC

    Objective:To establish methods to determine contents of evonine (compound 1)and 6α,12-diacetoxy-1β,9α di (β-furancarbonyl-oxy)-4α-hydroxy-2β-2-methylbutanoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran (compound 2) simultaneously in Euonymus maackii by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),to determine the contents of two components in leaves,seeds and stems of Euonymus maackii. Methods:Extraction by petroleum ether,drying of petroleum ether,methanol dissolution,detection by HPLC. Syncronis C18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted. The mobile phase was methanol-water(72∶28),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 25℃. Results:The linear range of compound 1 and compound 2 was respectively 0.17~2.72 mg·mL-1(r1=0.999 7)、0.10~1.60 mg·mL-1( r2=0.999 5),the detection limit was respectively 10.3 μg·mL-1 and 13.8 μg·mL-1,the average recovery rate was 96.1% to 110.7%,99.6% to 103.5%,respectively. The content range of compound 1 in leaves of Euonymus maackii was 0.02~0.03 mg·g-1,and compound 2 was not detected. The contents of compound 1 and 2 in seeds ranged from 1.64 to 3.06 mg·g-1 and from 0.53 to 1.41 mg·g-1,respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 in stem were not detected. Conclusion:HPLC method is simple,fast,stable and accurate,which can be used to detect two chemical components in Euonymus maackii. Contents of two chemical compounds in leaves,seeds and stems of the same plant were different,and contents of two chemical components in the same parts of different plants were significantly different.

    Study on the Content Determination Method of Flavone Dispersible Tablets of Herba Rabdosiae

    Objective:In order to determine the content of flavone in Herba Rabdosiae flavone dispersible tables simply and accurately. Methods:Building ultraviolet spectrophotometry method to the content of flavone in Herba Rabdosiae flavone dispersible tablets. Through chloride color development method and ultraviolet spectrophotometer with a detection wavelength of 410 nm to build standard substance of rutin of standard curve. Detect the content of flavone in Herba Rabdosiae flavone dsipersible tablets through the standard curve and the dissolution rate of Herba Rabdosiae flavone dsipersible tablets with little cup at 37℃. Results:The results showed that the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.001~0.080 mg·mL-1,and the linear regression equation was Y=28.388X+0.017 6,R2=0.999 4. The dissolution rate of Herba Rabdosiae flavone dsipersible tablets dissolved 86.20% at the end. Almost all of them dissolved,and the dissolution rate was fast. Conclusion:Instruct the method of chloride color development to content of flavone in Herba Rabdosiae flavone dsipersible tablets is simply and accurately. The method have good veracity,high sensitivity and gong stability. Herba Rabdosiae flavone dsipersible tablets have good dissolution rate shows that they are good dsipersible tablets. And this method have many advantages like simple,accurate,quick and so on.

    Research Progress on Pharmacological Effects of L-theanine

    L-theanine (L-The) is a non-protein amino acid extracted from green tea. It has strong antioxidant activity and various pharmacological effects. For the central nervous system,L-The can improve cognitive function by directly promoting the occurrence of neurokines and indirectly resisting oxidation and other protective effects,which is beneficial to the treatment of AD. Besides,L-The,by exerting the characteristics of anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation,plays a role in neuroprotective agents. What`s more,it can also improve mood and sleep by increasing the activity of α wave and up-regulating the level of dopamine. For cardiovascular system,L-The can prevent cardiovascular disease by regulating NO level,regulating diurnal disorder and reducing LDL level. For tumor treatment,L-The can play an auxiliary role in anti-cancer by promoting tumor cell apoptosis and regulating the biological distribution of anticancer drugs;it can also protect multiple organs through anti-oxidation,including reducing drug damage to the body during treatment. For the immune system,L-The can increase the weight of the spleen,improve immunity,and reduce the risk of viral infection. For metabolism,L-The can also promote glucose metabolism and reduce the risk of type Ⅱ diabetes,and promote physical recovery after exercise. Because of its extensive pharmacological effects,L-The has a broad research prospect,which has been highly valued by scholars at home and abroad,and the related research is also gradually increasing. Based on the current research on pharmacology of L-The, the pharmacological effects of L-The on central nervous system,cardiovascular system,antitumor, reducing toxicity,immune system and metabolic regulation were reviewed. It is hoped that it can provide theoretical reference for the research and development of L-the and clinical medication.

    Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common and major complications in diabetic patients. It occurrences rate is higher and has extremely high rates of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Oxidation should play a significant role in the course of diabetic kidney disease. Diabetes can enhance the activity of the oxidation of emergency. Oxidative stress is one of the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease which can lead to diabetes complications. Oxidative stress can also lead to renal interstitial,glomerular and renal cell damage,and damage of kidney function. Due to oxidative stress is associated with inflammatory cells with dense,it often exists at the same time,they activate each other. ROS can be mediated kidney inflammation and accelerate the development of diabetic kidney disease,high sugar also affect kidney function by influencing the renal blood flow. Based on the close relationship between oxidative stress and diabetic kidney disease,antioxidants should be considered to treat diabetic nephropathy. At present,Vc,Ve and ACEI drugs can be used for diabetic nephropathy clinically,as well as some other antioxidants such as calcium antagonists,PKC inhibitors and even Traditional Chinese medicine. In the future,oxidative stress can be targeted to study more and better drugs for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.

    The Research of Dexmedetomidine on Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction

    Dexmedetomidine,as a highly selective α2-adrenergic receptor agonist. Its pharmacological effects include sympathetic inhibition,sedation,hypnosis,anti-anxiety. It can also protect central nervous system and reduce the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Some studies believe that dexmedetomidine can reduce the stress response,inhibit the inflammatory response,reduce the release of inflammatory factors and improve the postoperative cognitive function of patients. In this paper,the effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative cognitive dysfunction will be discussed.

    Research Strategies of Combining Optogenetics with Electrophysiology in Neuropsychiatric Disorders

    Optogenetics is a molecular technology used to regulate the expression of lightcontrolled genes,protein localization,signal transduction and protein interaction. It has prominent characteristics such as high spatial and temporal resolution,strong specificity and quick and sensitive light response. The selective means through the use of genetic technology on certain types of neuron cells express light sensitive channels,through the living tissue within the optical transmission technology,and change the activity and function of these cells,become accurate positioning and analyze the different types of neurons in neural circuits and the role of nervous system diseases,mental illness provides a powerful tool. Therefore,with the emergence of this revolutionary research method,the research progress of neuropharmacology has been greatly promoted. In addition,in-vivo electrophysiological technique can record many synchronous discharge of neurons in multiple regions and investigate discharge of neurons in multiple regions in the correlation and difference of time and space,etc.,and can analyze the comparison of different control measures under the condition of neurons firing pattern,and the depth resolution mechanism of the brain’s response to various external stimuli. At present,optogenetics combined with in-vivo electrophysiology has provided important technical support for the research on neuropsychiatric disorders. Therefore,this review summarizes the implementation strategies and significance of optogenetics combined with in-vivo electrophysiology in the research on the pathogenesis and treatment mechanism of neuropsychiatric disorders in recent years.

    The Relationship between Hyperuricemia and Chronic Kidney Disease

    In China,the prevalence of hyperuricemia (HUA) is over 13% (males as high as 18.5%),and shows the trend of increasing year by year. Hyperuricemia mainly affects the kidney,leading directly to acute/chronic uric acid nephropathy or uric acid stone,and manifests chronic kidney disease (CKD) characterized by chronic interstitial nephritis and renal fibrosis caused by uric acid. CKD is a progressive disease in which the structure and function of kidney are impaired,which has seriously affected human health and living quality. This article reviews the effect of hyperuricemia on the kidney,the correlation between uric acid and CKD,the pathogenesis and the therapeutic strategy.
