摘要:

抑郁症的发生通常伴发炎症,抑郁症患者体内炎症因子白细胞介素-6interleukin-6IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)等水平有明显升高,说明炎症和抑郁症的发生发展有重要联系。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferators-activated receptorsPPARs)可通过干扰核因子-κBnuclear factor-kappa BNF-κB)、丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinasesMAPKs)、信号转导及转录因-1signal transducers and activators of transcription-1STAT-1)、激活蛋白-1activate protein-1AP-1)、活化T细胞核因子等信号通路在抑制机体炎症反应中起重要作用。研究发现PPARs 激动剂如WY-14643GW0742、吡格列酮等都具有潜在的抗抑郁效应。将PPARs 作为抑郁症抗炎治疗新靶点的研究方向,是该文综述的主要内容。

Abstract:

The occurrence of depression is usually accompanied by the appearance of inflammation. The levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly

increased in patients with depressionindicating that there is an important link between inflammation and the development of depression. PPARs play an important role in inhibiting inflammatory responses by interfering with NF-κBMAPKsSTAT-1activator protein 1nuclear factor of activated T cells and other signaling pathways. PPARs agonists such as WY-14643GW0742and pioglitazone have potential antidepressant effects. The research direction of PPARs as a new target for anti-inflammatory treatment of depression is the main content of this review.
