摘要：

抗血小板治疗是抗凝血治疗的重要方法，在治疗心脑血管凝血性疾病中占有重要地位，该文对近年来抗血小板类抗凝血药物的开发研究进展进行综述，旨在为我国新型抗血栓药物的研发，以及在临床上科学、安全的使用抗血栓药物提供一定价值的借鉴。

Abstract:

Antiplatelet therapy is the important way of anticoagulant therapy in the treatment of the clotting disease of heart and head. In this paper，the development of the research progress of the antiplatelet anticoagulant drugs in recent years were summarized，aiming at providing a certain value of reference for the research and development of new antithrombotic drugs，as well as science，clinical safety use of antithrombotic drugs in our country.
