Objective：The diagnostic value of microRNA-182 in lung cancer was evaluated by meta-analysis. Methods：According to the developed retrieval strategy，comprehensively search Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure，Chongqing VIP Information，WanFang databases， PubMed，Embase，Cochrane Library，Web of Science databases. The literatures were screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria，and statistical operations were performed using Stata（version 16.0） and MetaDisc（version1.4）. Results：Finally，18 studies were included. The combined effect was statistically calculated，that is，the summary sensitivity was 0.74，the summary specificity was 0.83，the summary positive likelihood ratio was 4.44，the summary negative likelihood ratio was 0.31，the summary diagnostic odds ratio was 14.25，and the area under the summary receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.88. Conclusion：MicroRNA-182 in samples has good diagnostic value for lung cancer，which still needs more clinical research.
