摘要:

动脉粥样硬化是一种由血管损伤引起的慢性进行性疾病。Kanglexin(KLX)、槲皮素、褪黑激素、丹参酮 IIA 等药物在细胞生长、分化和增殖过程中发挥重要作用,近年来已被证实对心血管疾病的调控有重要影响,且 发现天然产物和特定化合物在心血管疾病治疗中存在较高的价值。该文就这些药物通过调节PDGFR-β、JAK2/ STAT3、PPARδ 等关键信号通路,以及通过影响线粒体功能和抗氧化作用,显示出的对动脉粥样硬化的潜在治 疗潜力进行综述,为通过天然药物预防与治疗心血管疾病提供科学依据,为治疗心血管疾病的药物选择提供一 种新思路。

Abstract:

Atherosclerosis is a chronic, progressive disease caused by damage to blood vessels. Kanglexin (KLX), quercetin, melatonin, tanshinone IIA and other natural drugs play an important role in the process of cell growth, differentiation and proliferation, and have been proven to have an important impact on the regulation of cardiovascular diseases in recent years. In recent years, they have been proven to have an important influence on the regulation of cardiovascular diseases, and it has been discovered that natural products and specific compounds have high value in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews the potential therapeutic potential of these drugs for atherosclerosis by regulating key signaling pathways such as PDGFR-β, JAK2/ STAT3, and PPARδ, as well as by influencing mitochondrial function and antioxidant effects. It provides scientific basis for preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases through natural drugs and offers a new idea for the selection of drugs for treating cardiovascular diseases.
