七叶皂苷钠对肾缺血再灌注的保护作用及机制

摘要:

七叶皂苷是传统中药娑罗子中提取的一类三萜皂苷化合物。七叶皂苷钠具有消炎、抗渗出、镇痛、抗病 毒、调节能量代谢、提高血管张力等作用,临床多应用于急性肺损伤、胃肠道保护、改善血液循环以及纠正脑功能 失常等作用。有国内研究发现七叶皂苷钠对肾缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)有一定的保护 作用,其机制与抑制炎症因子信号通路、调节血管内皮细胞稳态、通过ROS-AMPK-mTOR 信号通路调控线粒体 自噬以及减少氧化应激反应等途径有关,但七叶皂苷钠对肾IRI 具体的保护机制仍需进一步探索。因此,该文拟 对七叶皂苷钠改善肾IRI 的保护机制综述。

Abstract:

Aescin is a kind of triterpenoid saponin compound extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine sorrel. Aescin sodium has anti-inflammatory,anti-exudation,analgesic,antiviral, regulating energy metabolism,improving vascular tension,etc. It is mostly clinically used in acute lung injury,gastrointestinal protection,improving blood circulation and correcting brain dysfunction,etc. effect. Some domestic studies have found that aescin sodium has a certain protective effect on renal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI). The signaling pathway (ROS-AMPKmTOR) regulates mitophagy and reduces oxidative stress,but the specific protective mechanism of aescin sodium on renal IRI still needs to be further explored. Therefore,this article intends to review the protective mechanism of aescin sodium in improving renal IRI.
