生物碱类镇静催眠的化学成分及作用机制研究

摘要: 目的:综述近年来生物碱类成分在镇静催眠方面的研究进展,为加速新型抗失眠药物的研发提供依据。方法:查阅国内外近几年研究文献,整理归纳生物碱类成分在镇静催眠方面的研究成果,阐述生物碱类成分在镇静催眠方面的作用机制。结果:从天然药物中分离得到的麻黄碱、苦参碱、小檗碱、左旋千金藤碱、钩藤碱、龙胆碱等生物碱类成分在镇静催眠方面具有显著疗效,作用机制均为改变脑内神经递质的含量。结论:生物碱类成分在失眠症治疗方面已取得令人瞩目的成果,引发了人们对高效、低毒天然抗失眠药的极大关注,含生物碱类成分的天然药物的镇静催眠作用有效基团有待进一步深入研究开发。

Abstract: Objective:To review the advances in the treatment of insomnia with alkaloids,in order to accelerate the development of new anti-insomnia drugs. Methods:To review the research literatures in recent years,to sort out the research results of alkaloid components in the treatment of insomnia,and to illustrate the role of alkaloid components in the treatment of insomnia. Results:The alkaloids extracted from natural drugs effected the treatment of insomnia significantly. Conclusion:Alkaloid have made remarkable achievements in the treatment of insomnia,anti-insomnia effect of natural drugs containing alkaloids needs further research and development.
