富血小板血浆治疗腰椎间盘突出症病理性神经痛的作用机制

摘要:

病理性神经痛(neuropathic pain, NP)多由外伤、疾病直接造成的疼痛或自身感受到神经系统被破坏损伤而产生的痛觉,属众多慢性疼痛的一种,严重影响着患者的生活质量,目前临床对NP的治疗药物多有阿片类、抗惊厥药、抗癫痫药等,但临床疗效不佳且会出现不良反应发生。富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma, PRP)可通过释放多种生物活性因子有效缓解病理性神经疼痛的同时且具有神经修复的作用。但其治疗病理性神经痛的作用机制尚未完全明确,该文对富血小板血浆治疗腰椎间盘突出症病理性神经痛的作用机制进行归纳研究,以期为临床提供新的诊疗思路及方法。

Abstract:

Neuropathic pain (NP) is mostly caused by trauma or disease directly caused by pain or the pain sensation caused by the destruction of the nervous system. It is one of many chronic pains and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present, there are many opioids, anticonvulsants, antiepileptic drugs, etc. for the clinical treatment of NP, but the clinical efficacy is not good and adverse reactions will occur. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can effectively relieve pathological nerve pain by releasing a variety of bioactive factors, and also has the effect of nerve repair. However, its mechanism of action in the treatment of pathological neuralgia has not been fully clarified. In this paper, the mechanism of action of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of pathological neuralgia of lumbar disc herniation was studied in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
