摘要: 沉默信息调节因子蛋白(sirtuins, SIRTs)家族是一类NAD+依赖性赖氨酸去乙酰化酶家族。研究表明SIRTs参与和衰老有关的多种生理过程如氧化应激、细胞凋亡和炎症等。因此,作为与老化紧密相关的疾病,神经退行性疾病的发生和发展与SIRTs密切相关。该文主要就近年来SIRTs在神经退行性疾病发生和发展过程中的作用及作用机制的研究进行综述。

Abstract: The sirtuins (SIRTs) are a family of NADdependent lysine deacetylases. SIRTs are involved in a variety of physiological processes related to aging, such as oxidative stress, apoptosis and inflammation. As a kind of diseases closely related to aging, neurodegenerative diseases are also related to SIRTs. This article mainly reviews the research on the role and mechanism of SIRTs in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases in recent years.
