摘要：

Dyke-Davidoff-Masson 综合征属于罕见的中枢神经系统疾病，临床需要结合完整的病史资料并及时采 用头颅CT 或MRI 等影像学对此疾病进行临床诊断，以帮助患者及时选择更优的治疗方案，同时减少误诊与复 发的次数。该文通过分析临床1 例Dyke-Davidoff-Masson 综合征病例的诊治经过，并通过查阅相关文献记录进 行学习，提高临床分析，为临床工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome is a rare central nervous system disease. In clinical practice, it is necessary to combine complete medical history data and timely use imaging techniques such as cranial CT or MRI for clinical diagnosis of this disease, so as to help patients select better treatment options in a timely manner and reduce the number of misdiagnoses and relapses. In the present study, we undertake a comprehensive analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of one clinical case of Davidoff-Masson syndrome, and referencing pertinent literature to enhance the depth of clinical analysis and furnish a valuable reference for clinical practice.
