Research Progress on the Effect of Neural Stem Cells in the Occurrence and Development of Glioma

Abstract

Abstract: Neural stem cells have the properties of self-renewal，continuous proliferation and multidifferentiation，which play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma. The occurrence and development of glioma is a complex multi-step process，involving the changes of a number of related genes，transcription factors，signaling pathways and their associated proteins，as well as some growth factors and enzymes in expression and regulation.
