Abstract: Neural stem cells have the properties of self-renewal,continuous proliferation and multidifferentiation, which play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma. The occurrence and development of glioma is a complex multi-step process, involving the changes of a number of related genes, transcription factors, signaling pathways and their associated proteins,as well as some growth factors and enzymes in expression and regulation.
