Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the possible mechanism of action of Duluxiaosheng Tang in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) using network pharmacology. Methods: The bioactive components of Duluxiaosheng Tang were searched in the TCMSP platform and screened according to the research needs, while the targets of intervertebral disc degeneration were searched in the GeneCards and OMIM databases; the "drug component-target-disease" complex network was constructed using Cytoscape software. A complex network of "drug component-target-disease" was constructed using Cytoscape software, and a Wayne diagram was constructed to obtain the targets for IDD treatment with Doklam parasitic soup. Results: A total of 240 active ingredients, 257 potential targets, and 2713 targets of intervertebral disc degeneration disease were explored in Doklam parasitic soup, and 75 common targets were obtained. 20 entries were obtained from GO enrichment analysis and 20 entries from KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. Conclusion: Doklam parasitic soup may regulate AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, Lipidandat herosclerosis and IL- by modulating MAPK3, FOS, RELA, TP53, IL-6, MAPK1, TNF and other targets. 17 signaling pathway to inhibit inflammatory response and regulate apoptosis to treat intervertebral disc degeneration.
