摘要: 本文对Akt的生物学以及在缺血性脑卒中的病理生理作用进行了讨论,并介绍了最新的相关研究进展。Akt在脑缺血再灌损伤中呈现高磷酸化表达,对脑组织损伤有保护作用。最新研究提示,Akt具有应激反应的特征,其对脑保护的作用与其它通路的协同启动有关。对Akt的深入研究将有助于对其在脑卒中作用的深入理解,有助于相应药物的研发。
