摘要:

溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性炎症性肠病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,主要与遗传易感性、环境因素、异常 免疫反应、微生物等危险因素共同引起的。溃疡性结肠炎主要通过抗炎和免疫抑制进行治疗,但存在不可避免的 副作用,复发率高,耐药性强和价格高昂等问题。天然药物活性成分具有多靶点、疗效高、副作用小等特点,已然 成为治疗溃疡性结肠炎的重要研究对象。该文就近年来天然药物活性成分治疗溃疡性结肠炎的药理作用和机制 展开综述,希望为溃疡性结肠炎的治疗提出更具针对性的思路或策略,以及为新药的研发提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease,and its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified,which is mainly caused by genetic susceptibility,environmental factors,abnormal immune response,microorganisms and other risk factors. Ulcerative colitis is mainly treated by anti - inflammatory and immunosuppression,but there are some problems such as inevitable side effects,high recurrence rate,strong drug resistance and high price. The active ingredients of natural drugs have the characteristics of multi - target,high curative effect and little side effect,and have become an important research object in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. This article reviews the pharmacological action and mechanism of natural active ingredients in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in recent years,hoping to put forward more targeted ideas or strategies for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and provide theoretical basis for the research and development of new drugs.
