摘要/Abstract

摘要： 脊髓损伤会导致患者相应的运动、感觉和括约肌功能障碍，甚至出现各种并发症。尽管发现不少候选药物具有脊髓神经保护功能，但应用于临床的有效药物极少。绝大多数脊髓损伤药物还是停留在临床前研究阶段。本文重点对已进入临床试验的治疗脊髓损伤的药物进行综述。

Abstract: Spinal cord injury can lead to motor and sensory dysfunction and produces a variety of complications in patients. Although many drugs show potential for spinal cord protection in preclinical studies, few have advanced to clinical use. This paper reviewed the neuroprotective effects of drugs that currently have entered clinical trials for spinal cord injury.
