自体血注入法大鼠脑出血模型建立的制作技巧

摘要: 目的:研究自体血注入法大鼠脑出血模型建立的制作技巧。方法:应用立体定向仪,用大鼠尾动脉不抗凝动脉血缓慢注入大鼠尾状核,制作大鼠脑出血模型,通过对其行为学观察评价模型建立的稳定性。结果:对200只SD大鼠制作脑出血模型,成功率为85%。结论:自体血注入法可用于制作脑出血动物模型。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the production skills of intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats. Methods: The intracerebral hemorrhage model was formed by stereotacied infusing autologous caudate artery blood. Learn to observe the stability of the modle through their actions. Results: The success rate of product intracerebral hemorrhage modle is 85%. Conclusion: The method can be used to make the animal model of cerebral hemorrhage.
