摘要:

急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是由于弥漫性肺泡、毛细血管膜损伤导致的以非心源性肺水肿和炎症为病理特征的急性呼吸衰竭,不同肺损伤的实验动物模型已经被用来研究肺损伤的机制,比如创伤性急性肺损伤、感染中毒性肺损伤、化学性肺损伤、混合性肺损伤等ARDS 动物模型。建立理想的急性肺损伤实验动物模型,有助于揭示人类急性肺损伤的发生机制和治疗措施。该文旨在概括现有动物模型的制作方法及优缺点。

Abstract:

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is an acute respiratory failure caused by diffuse alveolar damage( DAD) and capillary membrane damage,which is characterized by non-cardiac pulmonary edema and inflammation. Different animal models of lung injury have been used to study the mechanism of lung in-jury,for example,animal models of ARDS such as traumatic acute lung injury,infectious toxic lung injury,chemical lung injury,and mixed lung injury. It is helpful to establish ideally acute lung injury experimental models to explain the mechanism and treatment of human ALI. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the methods, advantages and disadvantages of existing animal models.
