摘要/Abstract

摘要： 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）是最常见的老年痴呆类型，AD 的发病率随老年人口的增多逐年攀升，其致死率、致残率以及高昂的治疗费用不仅对患者自身，也对他们的家庭成员、照护者和社会带来沉重的经济负担和护理负担。但其病理机制复杂，缺乏有效的治疗方法，而中医学对该病有独特的治疗优势。该
文对AD 的相关症状进行归纳分析，总结中药复方制剂对AD 的多种发病机制的干预和治疗作用，结果表明中药复方制剂是治疗AD 的有效手段。

Abstract: Alzheimer's disease （AD） is the most common type of dementia. The incidence of AD increases year by year with the increase in the elderly population，and its mortality，morbidity and high cost of treatment are not only for patients themselves but also for their families members，caregivers and society to bring a heavy financial burden and care burden.But its pathological mechanism is complex，and the lack of effective treatment，and traditional Chinese medicine on the disease has a unique therapeutic advantage. This paper summarizes the related symptoms of AD the intervention and therapeutic effect of traditional chinese medicine compound preparation on various pathogenesis of AD in recent years. The results show that traditional chinese medicine compound preparation is an effective means to treat AD.
