半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗高血压临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的：探讨半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗高血压患者临床疗效。方法：选取2020 - 5 ~ 2022 - 5 月北京工 业大学医院及北京市红十字会急诊抢救中心收治的150 例痰湿壅盛型高血压患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组 与研究组各75 例，对照组应用替米沙坦联合贝那普利氢氯噻嗪治疗，研究组应用半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗， 8 周1 疗程。治疗1 疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、血压水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗 8 周后，研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），收缩压和舒张压水平及抑郁自评量表（self rating depression scale，SDS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）评分低于对照组（P<0.05），头痛、眩晕、胸闷、呕 吐痰涎及口淡纳差、失眠、心悸、脉濡滑等中医证候积分低于对照组（P<0.05），低血钾、头晕乏力、头痛及腹胀等不 良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗高血压患者的临床疗效显著，可稳定血 压水平，疏导患者负面情绪，提高其生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract:

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Wendan Tang in treating hypertensive patients. Methods：150 patients with hypertension of phlegm dampness accumulation type admitted from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 75 cases each. The control group was treated with telmisartan combined with benazepril hydro chlorothiazide，and the study group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Wendan Decoction for 8 weeks. After one course of treatment，observe the clinical efficacy，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores， blood pressure levels，and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients. Results： After 8 weeks of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the study group patients was better than that of the control group （P<0.05），with lower levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure，SDS and HAMA scores than the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions such as headache，dizziness，chest tightness，vomiting，phlegm and saliva，poor appetite，insomnia， palpitations，and smooth pulse were lower than the control group （P<0.05），and the incidence the incidence of adverse reactions such as low blood potassium，dizziness，fatigue，headache，and abdominal distension was lower than the control group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Wendan Tang in treating hypertensive patients is significant， which can stabilize blood pressure levels，alleviate negative emotions in patients，and improve their quality of life. It is worth promoting.
