摘要: 吸入麻醉药因其安全、可靠、稳定、易于控制等特性,广泛应用于临床全麻手术中。近年来研究表明,吸入麻醉药可以通过减轻细胞损伤,降低梗死面积等方式在分子和细胞水平对脑、心脏、肝脏、肾脏等多器官的缺血再灌注损害起到一定的保护作用。吸入麻醉药可通过激活离子通道、抑制细胞凋亡、基因调控、减少自由基产生等多种途径发挥保护作用。本文综述了吸入麻醉药对机体脏器的保护作用及其机制,对于手术中合理使用麻醉药及预防缺血再灌注损伤具有理论意义。
