摘要：

糖尿病周围神经病变属中医“脉痹”“ 麻木”“ 虚劳”“ 痿证”范畴，临床以肢体麻木不适、灼热疼痛明显、 感觉活动异常为主要表现。近年来糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetes peripheral neuropathy，DPN）的发病率逐年攀升， 对其进行有效防治已成为当前研究的热点。中医药因其历史悠久、疗效确切，优势明显。近年来，单味中药及复 方对于糖尿病周围神经病变的防治已取得了一定的成果，该文结合目前最新的研究文献，对单味中药、传统中药 复方及中成药在糖尿病周围神经病变防治方面的研究进行归纳总结，并对目前研究中尚存在的问题进行反思， 以期能更好地指导临床，为中药新药的开发探索提供思路。

Abstract:

Diabetes peripheral neuropathy belongs to the category of “pulse arthralgia”， “numbness”，“asthenia” and “flaccidity syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine. Its clinical manifestations are numbness and discomfort of limbs，obvious burning pain，and abnormal sensory activity. In recent years，the incidence rate of DPN has increased year by year，and effective prevention and treatment of DPN has become a hot spot of current research. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages due to its long history and precise curative effect. In recent years，certain achievements have been made in the prevention and treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy with single traditional Chinese medicine and compound Chinese medicine. This paper summarizes the research on the prevention and treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy with single traditional Chinese medicine，and reflects on the problems still existing in the current research，in order to better guide the clinical practice and provide ideas for the development and exploration of new Chinese medicine.
