针药结合干预阿尔茨海默病抑郁症状效果分析

摘要：

目的：探析阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁症状患者采取针药结合治疗的效果。方法：将厦门市仙岳医院2017年12 月~2019 年12 月收治的60 例阿尔茨海默病伴发抑郁症状的患者按照随机分组的原则分成对照组（常规西医治疗）、观察组（针刺结合孔圣枕中丹加味治疗），对比两组患者治疗前后抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（hamilton depression scale，HAMD）、简易精神状态评价量表（mini-mental state examiniation，MMSE）及治疗总有效率等指标。结果：和对照组相比，观察组的SDS 评分、HAMD 评分明显较低（P<0.05）；观察组患者MMSE 评分明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论：针刺结合孔圣枕中丹加味用于阿尔茨海默病患者的治疗中能获得较为理想的效果，能够促使患者的抑郁症状明显改善，从而改善其精神状态，提升治疗效果，对改善患者治疗预后有着积极的作用。

Abstract:

Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on Alzheimer’s disease patients with depressive symptoms. Methods：60 patients with Alzheimer’s disease complicated with depressive symptoms in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group （conventional western medicine treatment） and observation group （acupuncture combined with Kongsheng Zhenzhong Dan modified treatment），and the self rating Depression Scale （SDS），Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and simple mental state assessment MMSE and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：Compared with the control group，the SDS score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower （P<0.05）；the MMSE score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）；the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with kongshengzhenzhongdan can achieve
ideal effect in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease patients，which can promote the obvious improvement of depression symptoms of patients，so as to improve their mental state，improve the treatment effect，and have a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients.
