摘要:

脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, CIRI) 是缺血性脑卒中血流供应恢复后出现的 神经细胞结构和功能进一步损伤的病理过程。线粒体作为机体最重要、最敏感的细胞器,对细胞的存活起着至关 重要的作用,在线粒体功能障碍的众多潜在机制中,线粒体通透性转换孔(mitochondrial permeability transition pore,mPTP)的过度开放是近年来备受关注的机制之一。脑缺血再灌注损伤后会导致mPTP 的异常开放并触发 细胞功能障碍,该文系统地综述mPTP 与脑缺血再灌注损伤的研究现状,以期为临床治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤提供 新思路。

Abstract:

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is a pathological process in which the structure and function of nerve cells are further impaired after the blood supply to ischemic stroke is restored. As the most important and sensitive organelle of the body, mitochondria play a vital role in cell survival, and among the many potential mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction, the excessive opening of mitochondrial permeability transition pore is one of the mechanisms that has attracted much attention in recent years. This article systematically reviews the research status of mPTP and I/R, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury, which can lead to abnormal opening of mPTP and trigger cell dysfunction.
