摘要：

通过长期服用左旋多巴恢复脑内多巴胺水平，一直以来都是帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）的金标 准疗法。补充左旋多巴改善了PD 运动症状，但长期用药对PD 异动症（levodopa-induced dyskinesias，LID）的影 响仍然是一个争议很大且临床亟待解决的问题。目前研究对左旋多巴导致LID 危险因素分析不尽相同，很多因 素都是相互影响的。该文将综述LID 的发生率及影响因素，从而在诊治过程中尽量避免并干预危险因素，及早 预防和减少LID 的发生。

Abstract:

Long-term administration of levodopa to restore dopamine levels in the brain has long been the gold standard treatment for Parkinson’s disease （PD）. Levodopa supplementation improves the motor symptoms of PD，but the effect of long-term medication on levodopa-induced dyskinesias （LID） is still a controversial and urgent problem to be solved clinically. At present，there are different analyses on the risk factors of LID caused by levodopa， and many factors affect each other. This article will review the incidence and influencing factors of PD dyskinesia，so as to avoid intervention of risk factors in the process of diagnosis and treatment，prevent and reduce the occurrence of LID as early as possible.
