抗炎药与腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

摘要： 腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar intervertebral disc herniation，LDH）引起的腰背痛与炎症关系密切。炎症因子刺激神经纤维可能导致疼痛，也是导致椎间盘退化的原因之一。目前临床上缺乏针对腰椎间盘突出症稳定可靠的抗炎药物。该文回顾了腰椎间盘突出的炎症机制及相关信号通路，根据理论实验室研究或正在进行的临床试验，分析了甾体类抗炎药、非甾体类抗炎药、中药及生长因子和细胞因子等一批潜在抗炎药物，以期为LDH 临床治疗选择抗炎药物和后续治疗提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Low back pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LDH） is closely related to inflammation. Inflammatory factors stimulate nerve fibers may cause pain，which is also one of the reasons for the degeneration of the intervertebral disc. At present，there is a lack of stable and reliable anti-inflammatory drugs for lumbar disc herniation. The inflammatory mechanism and related signal pathways of lumbar disc herniation were reviewed. According to theoretical laboratory research or ongoing clinical trials，steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs，non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs，Chinese medicines，growth factors and cytokines were analyzed. A batch of potential anti-inflammatory drugs，hoping to provide reference and reference for the selection of anti-inflammatory drugs and follow-up treatment for LDH clinical treatment.
