摘要: 细胞外老年斑的沉积和细胞内神经纤维缠结被认为是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)典型的病理改变。基底前脑胆碱能神经元(basal forebrain cholinergic neurons,BFCNs)功能异常导致的海马乙酰胆碱(acetylcholine,ACh)功能下降也被认为是AD 发生的主要特征。该文介绍了ACh 突触传递过程、BFCNs 投射系统、BFCNs 在调节认知功能中的作用以及BFCNs 功能异常在AD 中的作用和近期的研究进展。
