摘要:

水蛭是一味传统的中药材,水蛭素是从水蛭体内和新鲜唾液中提取的天然多肽,具有抗凝血作用,在临床上广泛应用,但并不是所有品种的水蛭体内都含有水蛭素。该文综述了几种常见水蛭中含有的抗凝血活性物质成分以及水蛭素的提取和纯化方法,旨在为高效快速提取水蛭素的方法的深入研究提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Leech is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Hirudin is a natural polypeptide extracted from leeches and fresh saliva,which has anticoagulant effects and is widely used clinically,but not all varieties of leeches contain hirudin in the body. This article reviews the anticoagulant active substance components contained in several common leeches and the extraction and purification methods of hirudin,aiming to provide reference and reference for in-depth research on the method of efficient and rapid extraction of hirudin.
