摘要: 急性脑缺血以其高发病率、高死亡率和高致残率而成为严重危害人民健康的重大疾病。特别受到重视的问题是临床应用的防治急性脑缺血的药物严重缺乏,而大量研发的药物至今还没有成功。该文分析了防治急性脑缺血药物研发的现状和没有取得成功的原因,提出研发新的防治急性脑缺血药物需要新的策略,并根据急性脑缺血的病理过程,提出了研发新型防治急性脑缺血药物的新策略,希望能够对防治脑缺血药物的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Acute cerebral ischemia (stroke) is a major disease which threat to people’s health because of its high incidence,high mortality and high morbidity. Of particular concern is that the clinical application of a serious lack of prevention and treatment of drugs,and a large number of research and development of drugs has not been successful. This paper analyzes the current status of prevention and treatment of acute cerebral ischemia drugs and the reasons for its lack of success. It is proposed that a new strategy is necessary for new drug development and research. Based on the recognization of the analysis of the disease pathology and drug research,we suggested the disease pathogenesis and features based strategy and pathological process based drug development strategies.
