摘要: 阿尔茨海默病是一种病因未明的神经退行性疾病,以老年斑和神经元纤维缠结为主要病理特点。由于目前尚无特效疗法,近年来许多学者和专家都致力于其发病机制和病因学的研究,认为环境中的某些金属元素如铅、铝、铜等因素与阿尔茨海默病的发生有一定的联系,其中铅中毒成为近期研究热点。同时许多学者也提出了铅与神经毒性、脂质过氧化等都有一定关联。本文就近年来铅中毒与阿尔茨海默病发病机制相关研究进展予以综述。

Abstract: Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder with unknown etiology, with senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles as the main pathological features. In recent years, research on its pathogenesis and etiology has found some relationships between metal elements in the environment, such as lead, aluminum, copper etc. Alzheimer's disease, among which lead poisoning has become a hot topic. Research has also found a correlation between lead, neurotoxicity and lipid peroxidation. This review summarized recent research progress between the pathogenesis of lead poisoning and Alzheimer's disease.
