摘要: 神经干细胞具有自我更新、不断增殖及多向分化的特性,以至在胶质瘤的发生和发展中产生重要的影响。胶质瘤的发生和发展是一个多步骤的复杂过程,涉及大量相关基因、转录因子、信号通路及其它们的相关蛋白,还有一些生长因子和酶等表达和调控的改变。

Abstract: Neural stem cells have the properties of self-renewal,continuous proliferation and multidifferentiation,which play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma. The occurrence and development of glioma is a complex multi-step process,involving the changes of a number of related genes,transcription factors,signaling pathways and their associated proteins,as well as some growth factors and enzymes in expression and regulation.
