摘要:

铜绿假单胞菌(pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)是临床常见的革兰阴性杆菌,对多种抗菌药物表现出固有 或获得性耐药。PA 通过分泌系统及其毒力因子促进感染或逃脱宿主免疫系统的清除,是其重要的致病机制。研 究PA 分泌系统毒力因子的致病机制对预防和治疗其引起的感染具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Pseudomonas aeruginosa,a common gram - negative bacterium in clinical practice,showed inherent or acquired resistance to a variety of antimicrobial agents. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an important pathogenic mechanism of the secretory system and its virulence factors to promote infection or escape the clearance of the host immune system. It is of great significance to study the pathogenesis of virulence factors in Pseudomonas aeruginosa secretion system for prevention and treatment of infection caused by them.
