摘要:

磁性纳米粒子具有表面积大、饱和度高、毒性低和磁化强度好等优点,在很多个领域都有很高的应用价值,近些年磁性纳米粒子的发展非常迅速。但磁性纳米粒子在应用过程中也有缺点,比如磁性纳米粒子的表面效应较高,在溶液之中,很有可能会出现聚集反应等,使其应用受到限制。通过适当修饰的磁性纳米粒子可以提高粒子的物理化学性质,不仅提高了其稳定性、可降解性,并且生物相容性也明显改善,提高了其应用的价值。该文主要从磁性纳米粒子的表面修饰功能着手,探讨这一粒子在环境分离以及生物分离等多个领域的应用,展望未来磁性纳米粒子的发展前景。

Abstract:

Magnetic nanoparticles have the advantages of large surface area,high saturation,low toxicity and good magnetization,etc.,and have high application value in many fields. In recent years,the development of magnetic nanoparticles is more and more rapid. However,due to the disadvantages of magnetic nanoparticles in the application process,such as the high surface effect of magnetic nanoparticles,in the solution,there is likely to be aggregation reaction,so its application is limited. The physicochemical properties of magnetic nanoparticles can be improved by proper modification,which not only improves the stability and degradability,but also significantly improves the biocompatibility and enhances its application value. Based on the surface modification function of magnetic nanoparticles,this paper discusses the application of magnetic nanoparticles in environmental separation and biological separation,and looks forward to the development prospect of magnetic nanoparticles in the future.
