Abstract

Abstract: Stroke is a central nervous system disease with a very high incidence nowadays，which seriously endangers human health. As the most widely distributed cell in the brain，astrocytes play an important role in the nervous system and are closely related to stroke.
This article describes the relationship between astrocytes and stroke through the physiological role of astrocytes，hoping to provide more references for the basic research and treatment of stroke in the future.
