摘要:

基于生物样品具有药物种类繁多、理化性质各异、生物介质组分复杂的特点,生物样品的预处理产生了多种技术和方法。基于以上背景,该文综述了近年来在体内药物分子中生物样品的预处理方法,以期为不同生物样品的预处理提供参考。

Abstract:

Due to the diverse types of drugs, diverse physicochemical properties, and complex composition of biological media in biological samples, various technologies and methods have emerged for the pre-treatment of biological samples. Based on the above background, this article reviews the pre-treatment methods of biological samples in vivo drug molecules in recent years, with the aim of providing reference for the pre-treatment of different biological samples.
