阿托伐他汀在糖尿病合并冠心病治疗中的作用研究进展

摘要：

该文综述了阿托伐他汀在2 型糖尿病合并冠心病治疗中作用的研究进展，介绍了不同剂量的阿托伐他汀对疗效的影响，整体而言剂量与疗效成量效关系。对比了阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀及瑞舒伐他汀的疗效，阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀的短期疗效优于辛伐他汀。阿托伐他汀与替米沙坦、苯那普利、赖诺普利或维格列汀等任一降压药联合使用，可加强疗效，提高安全性。阿托伐他汀与养阴活血方剂、灯盏细辛注射液、血府逐瘀片、降脂通脉胶囊、通心络胶囊或依折麦布等中药汤剂或成药中的一种联合用药，同样可以增强疗效，提高安全性，降低不良事件发生率。

Abstract:

The research progress of atorvastatin in the treatment of type-2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease was reviewed. The impacts of different doses of atorvastatin on curative effect were introduced and the short-term efficacy of atorvastatin，simvastatin and rosuvastatin was compared and the first two former was better than that of the last. Atorvastatin in combination with an antihypertensive agent such as telmisartan，benazepril， lisinopril，or vigliptin enhances efficacy and improves safety. A combination of atorvastatin with Yangyin Huoxue decoction，or Dengzhan Xixin injection，or Xuefu Zhuyu tablet，or Jiangzhi Tongmai Capsules，or Tongxinluo capsule or Ezetimibucan also enhance the efficacy，improve safety and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
