摘要: 抑郁症(depression)是一种发病机制复杂的常见精神疾病,以显著而持久的心境低落和认知功能障碍为主要临床特征。越来越多的研究表明,长期慢性应激能够激活外周以及中枢免疫系统,通过释放大量炎性介质(包括细胞因子)导致与抑郁症相关的各种行为。该文试图对细胞因子(包括促炎细胞因子和抗炎细胞因子)与抑郁症的关系做一简要综述。
