摘要：

胆汁酸（bile acid, BA）在某些病理情况下反流到胃中，会通过多种机制参与慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生发展。该文就其参与慢性萎缩性胃炎的致病机制及其中药干预进行综述，以期为慢性萎缩性胃炎以及胆汁反流相关胃部疾病的研究和治疗提供新思路。

关键词: 胆汁酸, 慢性萎缩性胃炎, 胃黏膜, 胃部菌群, 中药干预

Abstract:

Bile acid (BA) is involved in the development of chronic atrophic gastritis through a variety of mechanisms when it refluxes into the stomach under certain pathological conditions. This article reviews its involvement in the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and its herbal treatment, with a view to providing new ideas for the study and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and bile reflux-related gastric diseases.
